The celebration was held on Saturday 7th February 2015 at the Church of St. George, Rome, Italy. He is a member of the Living Waters Community Trinidad. The Ordaining bishop is a member of his community The most Rev. Charles Jason Gordon who is the bishop of Bridgetown and Kingstown (Barbados and St. Vincent in the Caribbean)
